How do I choose my size?
Check the size guide on the product page. Leather sizes measure from the buckle pin to the middle hole. Webbing and hybrid belts use adjustable waist ranges. Measure a belt you already wear comfortably rather than relying only on your trouser size.
Where do you ship and how long does it take?
Free standard shipping on all orders to the 50 United States and Washington, DC, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to US territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes 3–4 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days; this is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. The daily order cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00), fixed Central Standard Time (Chicago), without daylight saving adjustments. Orders before the cutoff enter the handling cycle that business day; later orders and orders on non-business days enter the next business day. Shipping is $0.00 and checkout tax is $0.00; this does not mean products are legally tax-exempt.
How do returns work?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery by contacting [email protected] with your order number and reason. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Contact us first for authorization and return instructions. The authorized return address is Wayvlines, 63 Rue Georges Guynemer, 62930 Wimereux, France. Customers pay international return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If we made an error, or an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping and arrange an appropriate resolution with you. Ordinary unused-item requirements do not prevent assistance for defects, damage or incorrect items. No restocking fee applies. After the returned item has been received, inspected and the refund approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
How should I care for my belt?
Webbing styles: gently spot clean and air dry. Leather styles: wipe with a soft cloth and avoid soaking and direct heat. Hybrid styles: care for leather and webbing separately. Do not use abrasive cleaners on buckles. See your product page for the relevant guidance.
What should I check when paying?
Review your selected items, size, contact information, address and total before submitting payment. A payment attempt alone is not confirmation of an accepted order.
