Free standard shipping on all orders to the 50 United States and Washington, DC, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to US territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes 3–4 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days; this is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee. Request a return within 30 days of delivery by contacting [email protected] with your order number and reason. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Contact us first for authorization and return instructions. The authorized return address is Wayvlines, 63 Rue Georges Guynemer, 62930 Wimereux, France. Customers pay international return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If we made an error, or an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping and arrange an appropriate resolution with you. Ordinary unused-item requirements do not prevent assistance for defects, damage or incorrect items. No restocking fee applies. After the returned item has been received, inspected and the refund approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
